Shipping & Returns

• All our products are handmade in small batches with pure ingredients that we personally handpick. So please plan ahead and place your order well in advance.
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 to 10 days of payment confirmation.
• Some products like cold processed soaps are handcrafted and need curing time, there might be a slight delay according to the availability.
• The shipping cost charged on the website is only an approximate amount, calculated according to the location and the items in the cart..
• Since they are personal skin care products, returning the product after purchase, exchanges, and replacement of items will not be entertained unless due to damages caused during shipment.
